1. What this site is
Tik HUB is an index and preview service. We do not host, upload, store or own any video file. We display titles, preview images and metadata, and link to files stored on third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, availability, safety or legality of those third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
2. Accounts
- You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe.
- An email address is optional. If you register without one, password recovery is impossible and a forgotten password means the account cannot be restored.
- One person, one account. Do not share accounts or use automated means to create them.
- We may suspend or remove any account that breaks these terms, without notice.
3. What you may not do
- Submit, link to or request any content involving minors, non-consenting persons, violence, or anything otherwise illegal. This is enforced without exception and reported where required.
- Upload or link to material you have no right to distribute.
- Scrape, mirror, frame or resell the site or its database.
- Attack, overload, probe or reverse engineer the service.
- Post spam, malware, advertising or harassment in comments.
4. User submissions
If you submit links, comments or any other material you confirm you have the right to do so, and you grant Tik HUB a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the site. You remain responsible for what you submit. We may remove anything at any time.
5. Copyright
Rights holders can request removal at any time through our DMCA page.
6. No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any link will work. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tik HUB is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or of any third-party service reached from it.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version. The date at the top shows the current version.
