All visual material on Tik HUB consists either of content supplied and linked by third parties, or of previews of such content. Tik HUB does not create, produce, film, direct, edit or finance any depiction. We do not host the underlying files.

With respect to all content appearing on this website, Tik HUB acts solely as a provider of an online index and is therefore exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 under 28 C.F.R. § 75.7(b) and § 75.9.

Records

Records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 for content indexed here are kept by the original producers of that content. Requests for such records should be directed to the producer of the material, not to Tik HUB.

Age of performers

All performers depicted in material indexed on this site were over the age of 18 at the time of production. Any content suggesting otherwise is removed immediately on discovery or report. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material and report it to the authorities.
